Celebrating The Irish Culture In Washington DC

Although St. Patrick's day isn't an official holiday, it might as well be one. St. Paddy's Day is often celebrated in Washington DC with hours of magnificently colorful parade.you're in luck if you have organized a Washington DC charter bus rental holiday trip then. Usually, the Paddy's Day parade lasts for more than two hours with throngs of people pouring out of their rented charter buses to catch a glimpse of the vibrant fanfare. There are floats, marching bands, military parade, etc. The kids love it most whenever the police and fire departments come out in their smart uniforms.

The weather is beautiful this time of the year and it coincides with a time when most people organize their Washington DC charter bus rental holidays, so, the area surrounding the parade is usually packed beyond belief. It's a day that celebrates the Irish culture but there is an increasing number of non-Irish folks celebrating this auspicious occasion.

If you want to catch a glimpse of the going-ons during Paddy's Day, organize your Washington DC charter bus rental visit around the March 15th because that's when the parade is going to be held along Constitution Avenue. For a view to kill, get yourself a space on the grandstand. Each ticket costs $5 by calling (301) 384-6533.
