Not one to turn down a ride on a boat to see and watch the beaches of Fort Lauderdale roll by, I accepted a trip on one of the famous Fort Lauderdale Riverfront Cruises on a charter bus rental trip there last year. And this is what I can tell you – it’s not to be missed! In fact, it’s so fun and beautiful that I would not hesitate if I was presented with the opportunity again! We asked the Fort Lauderdale FL rental charter bus driver to take us to Las Olas Riverfront Marketplace first because that’s where the boat departs from. The rays of the Florida sun beats down on my back while we were waiting to board but it reminds me of the beauty of what mother nature has to offer me during that trip….AND shopping. :-)
The boat takes you round for a full ninety-minute long journey and I am happy to say that the boat was relatively comfortable, if not a little beaten on the exterior. But who cares about comfort when you can see the enchanting scenery that rolls by, each curve, building, seagull, mansion, etc just holds your attention and takes you on a mental journey of serenity. This Fort Lauderdale FL charter bus rental attraction is a guided one, which means that there will be a lot of ‘guidance’ from the captain and the most entertaining staff ever! I guess the reason why I have only great things to say about the crew is because they were really informal about it. They kidded around with the people…even the kids had a fun time! This is definitely something you don’t want to miss. Â
On top of that, I don’t remember it being too expensive, so, it’s really value for money. Oh, the captain and the staff will probably point out all the homes belonging to important people or celebrities along the way. The mansions were fascinatingly beautiful – jaw-dropping, even! Most importantly, the trip during this Fort Lauderdale FL charter bus rental holiday was worth it because it was relaxing, it wasn’t rushed and the hustle and bustle of the busy city life was definitely missing. I sort of just let everything hang loose and watched the skyline pass me, people pointing out places and buildings and enjoying the friendly and funny banter and guide from the captain and staff. Â
Don’t worry about the kids being bored, they’ll love it just as much as all the other kids I saw on board the Riverfront Cruise that day!
